The Journal of State Management (JSM) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal dedicated to advancing knowledge and scholarly debate in the fields of public administration, state management, governance, public policy, and related interdisciplinary areas. Published by the Academy of Public Administration and Governance, Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, Vietnam, the journal provides a platform for rigorous academic research that contributes to both theoretical development and practical improvement in public sector governance.
